Hello everyone, my name is J.A.
I am from Australia, from a city called Wollongong. It is just a little south of Sydney.
Before this, I was an electrical engineer but now I look forward to working as an ALT at Teikyo Hachioji, and to getting to know you all.
I love all things cooking, manga and anime, and design.
I really wish to help improve everyone's English so please come speak with me about these topics, or tell me about your interests!
●E先生

I enjoy reading books, traveling, and studying Japanese.
I am very passionate about language learning, and I studied creative and professional writing in college.
Please feel free to ask me any questions you have about English or America.

Dear students and staff,
Thank you for making my time memorable not only at Teikyo Hachioji but also whole Japan experience!
I didn't know what I would experience when I moved here but you have made me feel grateful I took the chance!
I know I will think about my 3.5 years here so fondly!
I hope you enjoyed our classes together and that they will inspire you to work hard in your English studies and use what you've learned wherever life takes you!
And I know that some of you have probably heard me yelling a bit, please know it's because I believe you are so capable and I believe in you so!
Keep doing your best, and remember that English is not only about studying but about the connections you make when you're able to speak to people who you would not have had a chance to without it!
I hope my colorful life had inspired you to live a life just as colorful!
All of you stay safe and healthy but above all live a life that is as unique as each and every one of you!
またね!

Dear Teikyo Hachioji,
I am so thankful to have been able to be a part of your school community for the year.
I was welcomed so warmly by staff and students and made to feel right at home from the get go.
Working alongside such dedicated and hardworking teachers has inspired me to elevate my teaching back home in Australia and spread the incredible cultural customs I have learned. You taught me so much about kindness, respect and teamwork.
I would like to extend my sincerest thanks to all staff and students for allowing me to have such a rich experience and providing me with memories that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.
Though my time was short, I cherish it dearly and hope to see everyone again one day.
Take care and all the best,
S Sensei.
